REFUND POLICY 

All refund requests should be emailed to [email protected] with the following information included:

  • Player's name
  • Parent's name
  • Division the player is registered in
  • Reason for refund request

Please note the following:

  • All refunds will not include any electronic transaction charges Maidu Little League has incurred, either in the registration or refund process.
  • Once registration closes, all refunds will include a $20 processing fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after teams are formed/drafted. Any refund requested after this date will need to be accompanied by a written doctor's note supporting a medical issue that prevents the registered player from participating (not an injury that occurred)
  • At no point will a refund be given if the player or their relative has been dismissed or suspended from the league due to unsportsmanlike conduct or not abiding by the Maidu Little League Code of Conduct.
  • All approved refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of approval.
