Incident Reporting
In the event of an injury during an officially sanctioned event (e.g., a practice or game), the manager will notify the Maidu LL Safety Officer within 24 hours of the injury and complete injury tracking via online tracking form.

What to Report
Report any incident that causes a player, manager, coach, umpire, volunteer, or spectator to receive medical treatment or first aid. Also report any “near misses” so that Maidu LL can evaluate and avoid future injuries. Injury and “near miss” information is shared with districtstaff.
