Youth umpire training opportunity!
RCOA will be conducting a Youth Umpire training for multiple leagues in our area on Sunday, February 16th. Attending an annual training is mandatory for all Junior Umpires ages 12+.
In case of inclement weather, this event will be moved to an indoor facility in Rocklin. Communication will be sent to those registered.
