Maidu 9/10/11 All Star Team

How do you sum up a summer that was larger than life…The Maidu 9/10/11 All Star team made it a summer to remember and worked all the way to the Nor Cal State Championship. So proud of this team and these players. They represented Maidu and our entire community throughout each and every game, on and off the field.

In 16 games, through three different tournaments at the district, section, and state level, they had a record of 12-4, a team batting avg. of 400, obp over 500, 3 HRs, 41 extra base hits, 146 runs scored, only 31 runs allowed, and run ruled opponents in 6 different games. On the mound, the pitching staff had 122 Ks, allowed only 26 walks, with an ERA of 1.8.

Let’s go Maidu is an understatement and we can’t wait for next year!!!
